# Values

<details>

<summary>🚀 Innovate</summary>

By coordinating project activities of partners, developing useful tools, Tipper's plan has a long-term positive effect, as it is a catalyst that unites XRPL projects with all individuals.

</details>

<details>

<summary>✊ Collaborate</summary>

Our values shape our behavior, our thoughts and our actions. We constantly use them as part of our daily cooperation.

</details>

<details>

<summary>💪 Integrity</summary>

For us, economic prosperity and responsible behavior are inseparable. Respect, openness, responsibility and integrity are therefore key corporate values. This is based on cooperation of trust in the team and individual responsibility, always in accordance with the values and rules of the Tipper organization and the moral sense of each individual.

### Some facts explained

Most of the time people are mixing two very different things; rewarding and staking. Staking on XRP Ledger doesn't exist and the meaning of staking is commonly misunderstood. The right and only word for those services used on XRP Ledger is rewarding.

{% hint style="info" %}
**Rewarding** is when you give something to someone in recognition of his participation, engagement, or holdings.
{% endhint %}

{% hint style="info" %}
**Staking** is a process that involves committing your crypto assets to support a blockchain network and confirm transactions.
{% endhint %}

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://tippers-organization.gitbook.io/whitepaper-v2/about-tipper/values.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
