# Welcome!

The purpose of this document is to explain the operation and development of the Tipper project as well as the strategies related to it. 

Tipper is a Non-profit organization based in Switzerland and the projects native token is called "TPR". 

The Tipper project was founded in Slovenia in early 2022, and then migrated its siege to Switzerland in August 2022, to benefit from more crypto-friendly regulations.
